THE ORIGINAL ROSE

Erica Schulte is the founder of Rose Productions KC and one of the most credentialed field marketing and brand activation operators in the Midwest spirits industry.

 

With nearly 23 years spanning craft beer, spirits, and hospitality, Erica has managed brand programs at every level of the three-tier system. From on premise account development and distributor relations to national multi-state campaign management. She became one of the first women in the Midwest to earn her Certified Cicerone designation in 2012, and later completed advanced draft systems training through MicroMatic, giving her technical depth few promotional agency founders can claim.

 

As a national brand manager at J. Rieger & Co., Erica consistently grew sales across 24 states before  joining Beam Suntory in 2021,  where she was nominated for Brilliance of Beam Suntory in 2021, 2022, and 2023. That experience gave her an insider's understanding of what national spirits brands need from agency partners: consistent execution across markets, reliable field reporting, and a team that treats every activation like the brand is watching.

 

She founded Rose Productions on three principles: category knowledge, operational accountability, and Midwestern hospitality. Every program RP manages reflects all three.

BEFORE THE EVENT:

A great activation starts before anyone sets foot in the venue. Every program begins with a detailed pre-event brief covering brand standards, pour specifications, target consumer profile, talking points, and success metrics. Our team reviews this material together before the event — so your ambassadors arrive prepared, not just present.

  • Pre-event brand briefing document, shared with your team for review and approval

  • Ambassador training specific to the product, the account, and the occasion

  • Logistics confirmation: staffing, POS materials, setup timeline, venue contact

  • Success metrics agreed in advance, so we're measuring what matters to you

DURING THE EVENT: REAL-TIME ACCOUNTABILITY

You'll always know who to call and what's happening on the ground. Every activation has a named point of contact. Someone who's been in the brief, knows the account, and is reachable throughout the event. If something changes, you hear from us first.

 

We check in at activation start, midpoint, and close. Any issues are escalated and resolved same-day, not surfaced for the first time in a recap email a week later.

AFTER THE EVENT:

Our post-event recaps aren't a photo dump with a head count. They're a genuine read on how the activation performed and what to do differently next time.

EVERY RECAP INCLUDES
